Today I checked Mythop before work. There were no fewer than 260 Teal on the floods, but the quest to find a Green-winged Teal (see previous blog on the subject) goes on. It was nice to be out though, with Shoveler and Wigeon for good measure.
On my way to watch Barrow AFC in their six pointer tomorrow I will be taking in a ‘Secret Foulshaw’ event as described below, which I will write up early next week.
Sunday and Monday I am away for Valentines with Jane. Normal service will be resumed in a few days, enjoy your weekend and if you are birding I hope you see something that gives you joy.
